Quality Use of Medicines: Ensuring Australians use medicine wisely

The QUMmap is a joint project of the Department of Health and Ageing, the University of Queensland, and the University of South Australia. Developed to support the Quality Use of Medicines strategy from the Australian National Medicine Policy, the QUMmap is a searchable database of Quality Use of Medicines (QUM) projects conducted in Australia.

The QUMmap has a range of search options and provides project details as well as a map of the locations in Australia where projects are being conducted. This information is to help QUM practitioners and researchers as they plan and conduct their own work, and to help policy makers evaluate where QUM activity may be replicated into other areas, or used to influence policy development.

The QUMmap also provides a web-based interface allowing information about new QUM projects to be added to the database. New projects are always being sought.
